My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was convenient, with easy access to the surrounding area and family-friendly amenities, but the rooms were noisy and lacked basic essentials for a comfortable stay.
The hotel provided a clean and spacious room, although a bit worn and not the one initially booked due to misinformation regarding the pool. The service was mixed with room issues blamed on third-party bookings, but some staff members were friendly, like Paul the shuttle driver. The location, though convenient for access, faced challenges with climate control and additional fees for amenities. Dining options were underwhelming and construction was evident. The facilities offered were standard.
The hotel rooms were very large, and the bathroom was wonderful and very clean. However, the room felt more like a standard one and may not have been worth the price charged. The hotel was conveniently located on each floor.
